     Academy is equipped with a state-of-the-art call management system which focuses on providing optimal account management with minimized intervention. It works concurrently with the Dialer Management System and the Collector System. Its features include:

Client Services
     Academy employs a large staff of customer service personnel to assist our clients. Each client is assigned a Client Service Specialist who will become the primary point of contact. Academy prides itself on servicing our clients' special needs including:
