Academy Collection Service, Inc. was founded in 1971 as an individual proprietorship and was incorporated in Pennsylvania in 1976. Academy has developed into an industry leader by demonstrating outstanding customer service and superior recovery performance. Academy's main office is located at 10965 Decatur Road in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We maintain three call centers, which span the country, two are located in Philadelphia and one is located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Academy handles all types of delinquent accounts, including, but not limited to, national credit cards, retail, utility, personal loans, deficiency balances, student loans and commercial. Our collection technique is based on persistent follow-up of accounts and an ongoing system of employee training. We have an automated, state-of-the-art collection system that assists our collection staff with proper follow-up. Continuous training classes, using ACA International guidelines and materials we have developed through years of collection experience, keep our collectors at the top of their profession.
