  • Job Duties

    • Establish and implement a proactive recruitment strategy in order to achieve varying staffing requirements for high-volume call center in Las Vegas.
    • Be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing & cold calling, screening & interviewing, addressing objections, and negotiating compensation packages.
    • Work with HR department and Management to accurately identify needs and create effective job postings using the latest recruiting tools and technology.
    • Generate an extensive pipeline of qualified candidates & networks.
    • Be extremely proactive and proficient at using technology to effectively seek out and identify all qualified candidates.
    • Establish strong recruitment process, documentation, and tools to monitor/control assignments.
    • Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Remain current on recruiting techniques by attending seminars and workshops.
    • Communicate effectively and timely with management.

  • Qualifications

    • An Associates Degree with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in recruiting
    • Proven success staffing in high-volume hiring
    • Excellent PC skills
    • The ability to travel between call centers
    • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally & in writing, at all levels within the organization
    • Initiative, flexibility, persistence and to operate independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
