Job Duties
- Establish and implement a proactive recruitment strategy in order to achieve varying staffing requirements for high-volume call center in Las Vegas.
- Be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing & cold calling, screening & interviewing, addressing objections, and negotiating compensation packages.
- Work with HR department and Management to accurately identify needs and create effective job postings using the latest recruiting tools and technology.
- Generate an extensive pipeline of qualified candidates & networks.
- Be extremely proactive and proficient at using technology to effectively seek out and identify all qualified candidates.
- Establish strong recruitment process, documentation, and tools to monitor/control assignments.
- Assure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Remain current on recruiting techniques by attending seminars and workshops.
- Communicate effectively and timely with management.

Qualifications
- An Associates Degree with a minimum of 2-4 years experience in recruiting
- Proven success staffing in high-volume hiring
- Excellent PC skills
- The ability to travel between call centers
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally & in writing, at all levels within the organization
- Initiative, flexibility, persistence and to operate independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
